How to do it
- Set a cable pulley around elbow height and attach a single handle.
- Stand side-on to the cable machine and hold the handle with the arm closest to the cable.
- Bend your elbow to about 90 degrees and keep your upper arm close to your side.
- Step away until there is light tension on the cable.
- Rotate your forearm inward across your body while keeping your elbow pinned near your ribs.
- Pause briefly, then return slowly to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching sides.
