Cable Rope Seated Row exercise setup and form

How to do it

  1. Sit at the low cable row with your feet on the footrests and your knees slightly bent.
  2. Hold one end of the rope in each hand with a neutral grip, palms facing each other.
  3. Brace your core and keep your torso tall as you begin with your arms extended.
  4. Pull the rope toward your torso by driving your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  5. Pause briefly, then extend your arms under control without rounding your back.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
