How to delete your Buffro account and data

You can delete your Buffro account directly from within the app. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to delete your account from the Buffro app:

Open the Buffro app on your device
Go to the Profile tab
Tap Account to open your account settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion — your account will be permanently deleted

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days:

Your account information (email, username, display name, profile photo)
All workout history and logged sets
Custom exercises you created
Routines and training programs
Body measurements, progress photos, and saved body scan photos
Nutrition logs, saved meals, meal scan records, and meal scan photos
AI trial counters, anti-abuse records, and cloud AI usage records associated with your account
Subscription entitlement records we store in Buffro

Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat may retain purchase, refund, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting records according to their own legal obligations and policies. Deleting your Buffro account does not cancel an active store subscription; cancel the subscription in the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.

What Is Not Stored on Our Servers

The following data is stored only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app:

AI Coach chat history
Some app preferences and settings
Local cached files that remain only on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app storage
