How to do it
- Set a cable pulley around upper-chest to face height and attach a rope handle.
- Grip the rope with both hands and step back until your arms are extended with light tension on the cable.
- Stand tall with your core braced and shoulders down.
- Pull the rope toward your face, driving your elbows out and back.
- Squeeze your rear delts and upper back without leaning backward.
- Slowly extend your arms to return to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
