How to do it
- Hold the hand gripper in one hand with one handle against your palm and the other against your fingers.
- Keep your wrist neutral and your forearm still.
- Squeeze the handles together under control until they close or nearly close.
- Pause briefly at the tightest point.
- Slowly release the handles until your hand opens without letting the gripper snap back.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch hands.
