Archer Push-Up

How to do it
- Start in a high plank position with your hands wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Brace your core and keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Shift your body toward one hand as you bend that elbow and lower your chest toward the floor.
- Keep the opposite arm mostly straight, letting it assist as needed.
- Press through the working hand to return to the starting position.
- Repeat on the other side and continue alternating for the desired number of repetitions.
