How to do Archer Push-Up — animated demonstration

How to do it

  1. Start in a high plank position with your hands wider than shoulder-width apart.
  2. Brace your core and keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
  3. Shift your body toward one hand as you bend that elbow and lower your chest toward the floor.
  4. Keep the opposite arm mostly straight, letting it assist as needed.
  5. Press through the working hand to return to the starting position.
  6. Repeat on the other side and continue alternating for the desired number of repetitions.
